Welcome, I’m so excited for you to be here!
I’m Emely Phelipa, born & raised on the beautiful island of Curaçao and moved to the Netherlands when I was 20 years old to do a bachelor studies. I finished my studies in 2012 and became a full-time employee in an asset management company. Doing the regular corporate job with the usual overtime I started looking for new hobbies to keep me sane outside of work hours. Soon my hobbies became more than just hobbies and turned into passions that I further pursued.
Now fast forward to 10 years later, I’m still living in the Netherlands and trying to find a balance in my daily life for all the things that I love: fitness, travelling and organising/planning. I’ve decided to quit my corporate job and focus on creating the life that I want. From a combination of my hobbies and passions I’ve founded my own company Pheria. Because as the quote goes: “Love what you do and you won’t have to work a day in your life”.
Business Management Services
I offer business management services to (starting) entrepreneurs and small businesses. I provide them with business advice on their internal processes, organise their work and work towards a more effective way of working that will help their business thrive. This also includes coaching starting entrepreneurs and business owners in the beginning of their journey and dealing with the fear that undoubtedly comes with having your own business.
Social Media Consultant
Next to that, I advice businesses on how to grow their online presence by using primarily social media. It is not limited to only social media accounts, but it also includes designing & setting up a website and using SEO. In this era, having a strong online presence can make or break a business.
I’ve also decided to combine my passion for travelling & planning and have launched Pheria Travels as a platform where I offer my travel planning services for people that need help with planning their travels or events abroad.
And for the fun of it all, I’ve been managing a blog & vlog, Fitwanderlifestyle, for over two years now together with my fiancé Rayni. But I realized that there are quite a lot more that I want to write about that doesn’t fit under FWL. So I decided to start my own blog to share all these thoughts and ideas with you about my passions, interests & hobbies.
